# Agency Rollups

> Connect producer workspaces to a manager dashboard so team sales, calls, and commission roll up automatically

Agencies connect a manager's workspace to producer workspaces so team numbers roll up in one place. Producers keep their own workspaces — contacts, calls, campaigns, everything — and the manager gets a read-only dashboard of the metrics that matter: sales, premium, commission, lead spend, and ROI across the whole team.

<Note>
  **Managers see metrics only — never the producer's contacts, recordings, or messages.** Rollups are read-only: a manager can't edit producer data, and there's no commission splitting. The agency connection shares numbers, nothing else.
</Note>

## Setting Up an Agency

### For Managers

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your agency">
    Open the **Agency** tab and click **Create Agency**. Your workspace becomes the agency's manager workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Get your join code">
    Spark generates a join code for your agency. This is what producers use to connect.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Share the code with your producers">
    Send the join code to each producer. As they request to join, you'll see pending requests to accept.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Accept join requests">
    Approve each producer from the Agency tab. Once accepted, their numbers start rolling up to your dashboard.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### For Producers

<Steps>
  <Step title="Get the join code from your manager">
    Your manager creates the agency and shares the code.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Join from the Agency tab">
    Open the **Agency** tab, click **Join**, and enter the code. Your request shows as pending until the manager accepts it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage the connection from Settings">
    Once active, your agency connection lives in **Settings → Agency**. That's also where you **Leave** the agency if you move on — your data stays yours either way.
  </Step>
</Steps>

A producer workspace can belong to **one agency at a time**.

| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Unaffiliated** | The workspace isn't connected to any agency |
| **Pending** | The producer entered a join code and is waiting on manager approval |
| **Active** | The manager accepted; the producer's metrics roll up to the agency dashboard |

## The Manager Dashboard

| Team Performance roster | Per member: sales, premium, full and advance commission, lead spend, and ROI |

### Member Detail Pages

Click through from the roster to any producer for:

* **Individual KPIs** — the producer's own numbers for the period
* **Deltas vs team average** — how the producer compares to the rest of the team on each metric
* **Stage funnel** — where their pipeline concentrates
* **Weekly commission trend** — with a team-average reference line, so a glance shows whether they're tracking above or below the team
* **Carrier mix** — which carriers their production is spread across

<Tip>
  The deltas and the team-average reference line are the fastest coaching tools on the page. A producer with strong dials but a commission trend below the line is usually a placement or closing conversation, not an activity one.

## Deleting an Agency

Deleting an agency removes the connections between workspaces — nothing more. Member data is never touched: producers keep their contacts, sales, and history exactly as they were.
