# Leaderboard

> Producer and agency rankings across Spark insurance workspaces

The Leaderboard ranks performance across Spark insurance workspaces. Dial, sell, and log your numbers, and you climb — rankings recompute automatically, and the top 3 in each board get the champion podium treatment.

## The Two Boards

| Board | Who's ranked | Details |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Producers** | Individual workspaces | Shows each producer's agency affiliation |
| **Agencies** | Agencies, by rolled-up member totals | Drill down to member detail compared against the team average |

Agencies are ranked on their members' combined numbers — see [Agency Rollups](/insurance/agency) for how producers connect to an agency. From an agency's entry you can drill down into member detail, with each member's numbers shown against the team average.

## The Podium

The top 3 on each board get the champion podium treatment — first, second, and third place displayed front and center above the rest of the rankings.

## Time Periods

| Period | Window |
| ------------ | ----------------------- |
| Weekly | Monday through Sunday |
| Monthly | Calendar month |
| Year-to-Date | January 1 through today |
| All-Time | Everything |

Rankings recompute automatically as activity comes in, and historical snapshots preserve past periods — last week's board stays last week's board.

## Metrics

Boards rank across the full picture of production — activity, results, and efficiency:

| Metric | What it measures |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------- |
| Calls made | Total outbound dials |
| Calls answered | Dials that connected |
| Answer rate | Answered ÷ made |
| Sales count | Policies sold |
| Total premium | Annual premium written |
| Commission | Commission earned on logged sales |
| Close rate | Sales relative to activity |
| Average premium per sale | Premium ÷ sales |
| ROI | Return on lead spend |

## Where the Numbers Come From

Everything is pulled from your normal Spark activity — there's nothing extra to report:

* **Calls made, answered, and answer rate** come from dialing through the [Phone tab](/phone/dialer)
* **Sales, premium, and commission** come from the [Sales Log](/insurance/sales-log)
* **ROI** ties your results back to your lead spend

<Tip>
The Weekly board resets every Monday, so a slow week never follows you — every Monday morning is a fresh shot at the podium.
