# Outlook

> Connect Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar — full Microsoft 365 support

Connect Microsoft Outlook to give your agent email and calendar through your Microsoft 365 account. Your agent reads and sends email from your Outlook address, schedules events on your Outlook calendar, and your workspace's Email and Calendar tabs work with Outlook exactly like they do with Gmail and Google Calendar.

## Connecting Outlook

    Navigate to **Settings → Integrations** and click **Outlook**.

  <Step title="Sign in with Microsoft">
    Click **Connect** and sign in with the Microsoft account you want your agent to use. This opens Microsoft's OAuth flow — Spark never sees your password.

  <Step title="Grant Access">
    Approve the requested access so your agent can read and send email and manage calendar events on your behalf.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm Connection">
    Once connected, the Outlook integration shows as active. Your agent can now work with your Microsoft 365 email and calendar.

  Emails sent by your agent come from your Outlook address. Recipients see your name and email — they won't know an AI composed the message unless you choose to disclose it.

## What Your Agent Can Do

### Read and Send Email

> "Check my inbox — anything urgent?"

> "Send Sarah a follow-up about the proposal we discussed"

> "Reply to Jordan's last email — tell them Thursday at 2pm works"

Your agent works through your real Outlook address — searching your inbox, drafting messages for review, sending, and replying in-thread.

### Manage Your Calendar

> "Book a 30-minute call with Jordan tomorrow afternoon"

> "What's on my calendar this week?"

Events your agent creates land directly on your Outlook calendar and can include **Teams meeting links**, so the invite your client receives is ready to join.

### Send Drip Campaigns

[Email drip campaigns](/messaging/email-drips) can use your connected Outlook account as the send-from address. Pick the account per campaign — automated follow-up then goes out from your real address.

## Using Google and Microsoft Together

You can connect both Google and Microsoft accounts. When both are connected, the **most recently connected provider** is used for the workspace's Email and Calendar tabs.

  If your workspace tabs are showing the wrong provider, reconnect the one you want — the most recent connection wins.

## Troubleshooting

    Verify the Outlook integration is connected in **Settings → Integrations**. If it shows as disconnected, click **Reconnect** and go through the Microsoft sign-in again.

    When both Google and Microsoft are connected, the most recently connected provider wins. Reconnect Outlook to make it the active provider for the Email and Calendar tabs.

    Teams meeting links are added when your agent creates the event — ask it to include a Teams link when booking, e.g., "Book a call with Jordan tomorrow and add a Teams link."

## Privacy

Connection uses Microsoft's OAuth flow — Spark never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time from **Settings → Integrations**.
