# Zoom

> Connect Zoom so your agent can schedule meetings and access meeting details

Connect Zoom to let your agent automatically generate Zoom meeting links when scheduling events and help you manage your virtual meetings from Spark OS.

## Adding the App

Follow these steps to connect Spark OS to your Zoom account.

    Go to [app.runspark.ai](https://app.runspark.ai) and sign in to the workspace where you want Zoom enabled.

    Navigate to **Workspace Settings → Integrations** and locate the **Zoom** integration.

  <Step title="Start the Zoom connection">
    Click **Connect**. Spark OS opens Zoom's OAuth authorization flow in a new browser window.

  <Step title="Choose your Zoom account">
    Sign in with the Zoom account you want Spark OS to use for creating and reading meeting details.

  <Step title="Review and grant permissions">
    Spark OS requests permission to:

    * **View your meetings** — so your agent can find upcoming Zoom meeting details when you ask for them.
    * **Create and edit meetings** — so your agent can generate Zoom meeting links for scheduled events.

    Click **Allow** to authorize the Spark OS app.

    After Zoom redirects you back to Spark OS, return to **Workspace Settings → Integrations**. The Zoom integration should show as connected.

  Spark OS uses standard OAuth 2.0 to connect to Zoom. Your Zoom password is never stored by Spark OS. Spark OS stores a secure OAuth token so it can perform the Zoom actions you authorize.

## Usage

### Automatically Add Zoom Links to Meetings

**Use case:** When you ask your agent to schedule a meeting, Spark OS can create a Zoom meeting and include the join details in the calendar invite.

**Prerequisites:**

* Zoom is connected in **Workspace Settings → Integrations**.
* You are signed in to a Spark OS workspace.
* Your connected Zoom account has permission to create meetings.
* If you want the Zoom link added to a calendar event, your calendar integration must also be connected.

Example requests:

> "Book a call with Sarah for Thursday at 10am and include a Zoom link"

> "Schedule a 30-minute team sync for next Monday at 2pm via Zoom"

Your agent creates the event on your connected calendar, generates the Zoom meeting, and adds the join URL and meeting details to the event description or location.

### Check Upcoming Zoom Meetings

**Use case:** Ask your agent to find meeting details or retrieve the Zoom join link for an upcoming meeting.

**Prerequisites:**

* Zoom is connected in **Workspace Settings → Integrations**.
* The relevant meeting is available to the connected Zoom account.
* If you are asking about calendar events, your calendar integration must also be connected.

Example requests:

> "What Zoom meetings do I have today?"

> "Give me the Zoom link for my next meeting"

Your agent reads your connected calendar and Zoom schedule to provide meeting details and direct join links.

### Use Zoom in CRM Workflows

**Use case:** Spark OS can use Zoom links as part of sales, onboarding, or customer-success workflows.

**Prerequisites:**

* Zoom is connected in **Workspace Settings → Integrations**.
* The relevant contacts, leads, or deals are available in your Spark OS workspace.
* Calendar access is connected if the workflow includes calendar scheduling.

Examples:

* **Scheduling demos:** "Find a time next week and send a calendar invite with a Zoom link to our top 3 hot leads for a product demo."
* **Meeting follow-ups:** "I just finished my Zoom call with Jordan — move them to Qualified and create a follow-up task."

## Removing the App

You can remove the Spark OS app from Zoom at any time.

### Remove from Spark OS

    Locate the **Zoom** integration.

  <Step title="Disconnect Zoom">
    Click **Disconnect** or **Remove** to revoke Spark OS access for your workspace.

### Remove from your Zoom account

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Zoom App Marketplace">
    Go to the [Zoom App Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoom.us) and sign in.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Installed Apps">
    Navigate to **Manage → Installed Apps**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Remove Spark OS">
    Find **Spark OS** and click **Remove**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### What happens after de-authorization

When you disconnect or remove the Spark OS Zoom app:

* Spark OS can no longer create Zoom meetings on your behalf.
* Spark OS can no longer read Zoom meeting details or retrieve Zoom join links from your Zoom account.
* Existing Zoom meetings that were already created are not deleted from your Zoom account.
* Calendar events that already include Zoom links are not automatically changed.
* Spark OS deletes the stored Zoom OAuth access and refresh tokens for the disconnected account.
* Meeting details retrieved from Zoom are used to fulfill your request and are not permanently stored as Zoom meeting records by Spark OS.
* Any Spark OS tasks, notes, or CRM records you created separately remain in your workspace unless you delete them or request account/workspace data deletion.

## Troubleshooting

    Make sure you completed the OAuth flow and granted the necessary permissions. Go to **Workspace Settings → Integrations → Zoom** to verify the connection status. If it shows as disconnected, reconnect Zoom and try again.

  <Accordion title="Zoom authorization failed or redirected back with an error">
    Confirm that you are signing in with the intended Zoom account and that your browser is not blocking the OAuth popup or redirect. Then return to **Workspace Settings → Integrations → Zoom** and click **Connect** again.

  <Accordion title="The wrong Zoom account is connected">
    Disconnect Zoom from **Workspace Settings → Integrations**, then reconnect and sign in with the correct Zoom account during the Zoom authorization step.

  <Accordion title="I removed the app in Zoom but Spark still shows it connected">
    Refresh Spark OS and return to **Workspace Settings → Integrations**. If it still appears connected, click **Disconnect** in Spark OS to clear the stored integration state.

## Privacy & Security

Your agent only accesses your Zoom data when you ask it to create a meeting, retrieve meeting details, or complete a workflow that requires Zoom. Spark OS does not continuously monitor your Zoom account.

Spark OS does not access your Zoom meeting recordings or transcripts through this integration unless you separately configure an advanced workflow with additional permissions. Meeting data is read from Zoom's API to fulfill your requests and is not permanently stored as Zoom meeting records.

This section is provided for Zoom Marketplace reviewers testing the published Spark OS Zoom app. Test account credentials are provided privately in the Zoom Marketplace review thread, not in public documentation.

### Scope and feature mapping

The app requests Zoom meeting permissions only so Spark OS can support the following end-user functionality:

* **View/read Zoom meetings:** used when a user asks their agent to retrieve upcoming Zoom meeting details or find a Zoom join link.
* **Create and edit Zoom meetings:** used when a user asks their agent to schedule a meeting and include a Zoom link.

Spark OS does not request access to Zoom recordings or transcripts for this published integration.

### Authorization test steps

    Navigate to **Workspace Settings → Integrations → Zoom**.

    Click **Connect**. Spark OS redirects to Zoom's OAuth consent flow using the production app configuration.

    Sign in to Zoom, review the requested meeting permissions, and click **Allow**.

  <Step title="Verify successful connection">
    After Zoom redirects back to Spark OS, return to **Workspace Settings → Integrations** and confirm Zoom shows as connected.

    Ask the agent: "What Zoom meetings do I have coming up?" Confirm the agent can retrieve meeting details or a join link from the connected Zoom account.

    Ask the agent: "Book a demo call with a test lead and include a Zoom link." Confirm the Zoom link is included in the scheduling output.

  <Step title="Disconnect Zoom">
    Go to **Workspace Settings → Integrations → Zoom** and click **Disconnect** or remove Spark OS from **Zoom Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps**.

    Confirm Spark OS no longer creates or reads Zoom meeting details after removal. Spark OS deletes stored Zoom OAuth tokens; existing Zoom meetings are not deleted.
