Managers see metrics only — never the producer’s contacts, recordings, or messages. Rollups are read-only: a manager can’t edit producer data, and there’s no commission splitting. The agency connection shares numbers, nothing else.
Setting Up an Agency
For Managers
1
Create your agency
Open the Agency tab and click Create Agency. Your workspace becomes the agency’s manager workspace.
2
Get your join code
Spark generates a join code for your agency. This is what producers use to connect.
3
Share the code with your producers
Send the join code to each producer. As they request to join, you’ll see pending requests to accept.
4
Accept join requests
Approve each producer from the Agency tab. Once accepted, their numbers start rolling up to your dashboard.
For Producers
1
Get the join code from your manager
Your manager creates the agency and shares the code.
2
Join from the Agency tab
Open the Agency tab, click Join, and enter the code. Your request shows as pending until the manager accepts it.
3
Manage the connection from Settings
Once active, your agency connection lives in Settings → Agency. That’s also where you Leave the agency if you move on — your data stays yours either way.
