What the Phone Tab Does
On insurance workspaces, the dialer panel also shows the Underwriting Assistant and policy context alongside the live call — carrier fits and client policy info surface while the client talks.
The Phone Pages
Power Dialer
Single-line calling with live transcription, AI coaching, dispositions, and automatic summaries.
Multi-Line Dialing
Dial 2x, 3x, or 5x in parallel and triple your conversations per hour.
Phone Numbers
Add numbers, set your caller ID, register your business name, and protect number reputation.
Inbound Calls & Forwarding
Take callbacks in the browser or forward them to your cell, with text alerts for what you miss.
Quick Start
1
Add a phone number
In Settings → Phone, search by area code and add a number. It’s live for calling immediately. See Phone Numbers.
2
Open the Phone tab
The dialer loads in your browser — no installs, no hardware.
3
Select your caller ID
Choose which of your numbers shows on the contact’s phone. Your primary number is the default.
4
Dial
Pick a contact and click Call. Live transcription and coaching start as soon as the call connects.
During and After Every Call
Every call — single-line, multi-line, or inbound taken in the browser — gets the same treatment. The full sequence:- Live transcript streams in real time with speaker labels, so you can glance back at anything the contact said.
- Coaching cards track where you are in the conversation and suggest specific responses when objections come up.
- Recording happens automatically; play it back later from the contact timeline or call history.
- Disposition — when the call ends, you log the outcome in one click. Dispositions can trigger automations like stage moves, tasks, and follow-up texts.
- AI summary — a short summary and suggested next steps land on the contact timeline so the record stays current without you typing.
