Your workspace settings control the global configuration for your Spark workspace — branding, features, and general preferences that apply across your entire workspace. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to access these options.

General Settings

Workspace Name

Your workspace name appears in the sidebar, headers, and anywhere your workspace is referenced. This is typically your company or brand name. To change it, go to Settings → General and update the Workspace Name field. Upload your company logo to brand your workspace. The logo appears in the sidebar and workspace header.
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG, WebP
  • Recommended size: 256×256 pixels or larger (square or horizontal logos work best)
  • Max file size: 2MB
To upload, go to Settings → General and click the logo area to upload a new image.
Use a square logo or icon for best results. The logo is displayed at small sizes in the sidebar, so simple, recognizable marks work better than wide horizontal logos with fine text.

Feature Configuration

Spark workspaces come with a full set of features, but you can customize which ones are active based on your needs.

Toggling Features

From Settings → Features, you can enable or disable workspace capabilities: Disabling a feature hides it from the UI — it doesn’t delete any associated data. Re-enabling a feature restores everything.
Disabling a feature is useful for simplifying the interface. If you don’t use deals yet, turning it off removes the clutter. Turn it on when you’re ready.

API Keys

Your agent needs an AI model API key to function. Configure this in Settings → API Keys.

Supported Providers

To add or change a key:
  1. Go to Settings → API Keys
  2. Select the provider
  3. Paste your API key
  4. Click Save
Your agent switches to the new key immediately. No restart needed.
Your API key is used for all agent interactions — chat, schedules, automations, and document creation. Monitor your provider’s usage dashboard to track costs. Higher-frequency schedules and complex tasks use more tokens.

Timezone

Set your workspace timezone in Settings → General. This affects:
  • Schedule execution times (a “daily at 9am” schedule uses your workspace timezone)
  • Date display throughout the interface
  • Activity timestamps
Make sure this matches your primary business timezone so schedules run when expected.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of the Settings page, you’ll find options for:
  • Delete Workspace — permanently deletes your workspace and all its data (contacts, deals, tasks, knowledge files, agent configuration, and history). This cannot be undone.
Deleting a workspace is permanent and irreversible. Export any data you need before proceeding. All contacts, deals, agent memory, knowledge files, and configuration will be lost.
